Job Description

A leading privately owned Building Contractor who operate across several regions within the UK, are currently looking to recruit a highly experienced Site Manager with experience of managing new build and refurbishment projects up to £8m, to join their expanding North West business.

Reporting into a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing the site team and co-ordinating all site activities. You will be responsible for safety, quality, cost control and delivery of programme to the client's satisfaction. The first project you will be managing, will be a new build of commercial offices in the Manchester area.

To apply for this role you will need to demonstrate a stable career history working for reputable main contractors, successfully delivering new build and refurbishment projects circa £5 to £8m as the Number 1 Site Manager. Experience of working on a variety of building projects including Health, Education and Commercial is also desirable

You will also require:

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS
* Good IT skills
* Good communication skills .
