Job Description

A leading multi disciplinary Building Contractor based in the North West are currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for their Small Works Division who has a strong track record of successfully delivering Commercial fit out and refurbishment projects up to £2m. The company specialise in delivering fit out, refurbishments and extensions to a broad range of sectors including NHS, Education, Commercial and Leisure

You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure. Reporting into a Contracts Manager you will manage the delivery of all projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality.

You must be fully qualified with CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid being minimum requirements. A joinery background is also preferred but not essential.
