Job Description

Site Manager is currently required for a Main Contractor that operates nationally throughout the UK. The position is for a Permanent role to work with a highly rated and long established Social Housing Contractor.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This role is for a well established Main Contractor who are looking for experienced and knowledgeable candidates to join their exciting, fast-paced and driven culture.

The successful Site Manager will be joining a medium sized business operating at a £20million turnover, who has also secured a number of refurbishment schemes operating over the next 5 years.

A newly refurbished head office is also one of the huge selling points for this role, allowing them to attract a multitude

The successful candidate within this role will use their extensive knowledge within the social housing sector to manage elements of Health and Safety, CDM regulations, planning and programming, site setup and welfare.
