Job Description

Our client is a regional building contractor working across various projects within both the private and public sector to include education, health, commercial and retail.



They currently have an opportunity for a Site Manager to work on the refurbishment of a heritage building in Northwich. The successful candidate will be overseeing re-pointing, brickwork, re-roofing, lead work and some internals. In addition to management of trades you'll need to organise materials and machinery efficiently whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to.



The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on similar heritage projects with responsibility for all aspects of external/internal finishes to a high-specification. You will require CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certifications along with strong oral and written communication skills. This position is an 8 week contract offering a competitive rate and starting 21st March.
