Job Description

Working with the Northern Division of a leading main contractor we currently have a vacancy for a permanent Site Manager to work on a prestigious £8m project. My client are a multi-award winning construction company that operate in most areas of the construction industry.

The project in question is a circa £8m extra-care facility in Chester. Reporting into the Project Manager, who is leading the scheme, you will be an experienced Site Manager of minimum 5 years with previous experience on extra care/care home multi-bed facilities at main contractor level.

To qualify for this opportunity the company are seeking an experienced Site Manager who has a proven track records of successfully delivering extra care/sheltered facilities to the public sector.

The company are also open to considering individuals who have constructed hotels or student accommodation of a similar size in the past.

You will be fully ticketed with CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. You will be fully conversant and supportive of health and safety requirements, whilst being IT literate. my client are offering a highly competitive salary of circa £37000 - £40000 + car or allowance and further benefits.
