Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Preston

Job type: Permanent

A privately owned house builder are currently in the market for a Site Manager to manage the second phase of their development in Preston.

My client are a national house builder who have been established for many years and currently have a turnover in excess of £50 million. Many years of experience has made them specialists and a leading force within their market place. They currently have 11 live sites and will double their output by December 2018 having secured numerous new sites.

The development near Preston is a traditional build development of 3 & 4 bedroom family homes and luxury 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.

My client will offer the successful candidate a competitive basic salary plus £7.5k car allowance and additional package benefits such as company pension, healthcare and 24 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.

To be eligible for this position you must have experience as a Site Manager within the new build housing sector; you must have a proven record of successfully delivering large housing schemes on time and to a good standard.

You must also hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
