Job Description

Working with a leading contractor we are currently recruiting for an experience Site Manager to join an ongoing and live project in Birmingham.

My client specialise in high-rise, mixed-use developments throughout the UK and are currently experiencing a period of exciting growth across the UK construction division.

This project in central Birmingham is a highrise mixed-use development of accommodation, retail and leisure. This includes circa 70 units of apartments with a project value of circa £10m.

As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring that programme is delivered on time the companies quality standards are adhered to, in conjunction with the site surveyors to ensure the effective management of the project is controlled along with all health and safety requirements overseen.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant managers CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid Certifications. You should also have a track record of delivering new build residential projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to lead and motivate as well as a focus and drive to achieve target.

The role attracts a salary of circa £45,000 with a benefits package attached.
