Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Social Housing main contractor who is based within the North West. They are a well-established and reputable contractor within the business who has a great standing within the industry. Their workload is currently growing due to new budgets and work streams being released in the market and they are looking to grow their stable workforce.

A Site Manager is currently required for a project based in Lancashire. The role will entail refurbishment projects for social housing schemes values varying between £50,000 and £1million. To be successful within this role you will be able to display solid knowledge of working on refurbishment schemes including Kitchens and Bathrooms planned maintenance. You will also be able to provide good working knowledge of budgeting and programming.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great North West based contractor that can offer on going work from a full order book over the next 12 months.
