Job Description

Our client is a specialist in building new School projects and School extensions and we are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager based within the North West who is looking for a new opportunity.

This is an excellent opportunity for Site Managers of all levels with a new build background who are offering excellent progression opportunities and a full order book within the North West for the next 2-3 years. The ideal candidates will have new build experience in the commercial sector for new Schools and have previously demonstrated set-up and handover of successful projects.

* The successful candidate will have new build experience and knowledge, with previous leader/management experience. You will be able to demonstrate a good level of technical, safety and quality expertise with a sound commercial mind-set.
* Ideal candidates will have had experience in large public and commercial projects.
* Must hold a full UK driving license and all standard certifications.
* Previous Site Management experience is essential.
* You will be commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
* You must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and customer focussed.
* You must be numerate with good IT Skills.
* You should have leadership skills (control and management of employees) and a proven track record in successfully managing a project.
* You should be ambitious with high aspirations.
* Must hold a current SMSTS.
