Site Manager (luxury housing)

Working with a specialist contractor in the Lancashire region we currently are working on the search for an experienced Site Manager to oversee prestigious one off housing developments in the Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside regions.

The contractor in question are a growing force in the market with an exciting order book for the coming 18 months. They are offering an exciting future with some promising potential for career development and growth.

The projects in question initially are £500k+ one off design and build private housing developments in the Cheshire and Greater Manchester regions.

You must have a strong technical/trades or engineering background and be experienced in these luxury developments as opposed to regular spec housing developments.

The Site Manager will be required to;

Oversee programme on site
Manage and monitor performance against programme for operations and sub-contractors on site
Be an advocate of Health and Safety and ensure all staff are following correct procedures
Monitor progress, oversee delivery of materials and carry out safety checks and resolve any issues as they arise
Oversee the general running of the site; deliveries, plans, costs, quality

The Candidate will be experienced to minimum 6 years Site Manager on one-off, design and build, luxury housing development projects, holding the relevant CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid as minimum.

The role carries a package of circa £36k basic + associated car allowance and fuel expense payments. This is a negotiable package and dependent upon experience and suitability.
