Our client is one of the UK's leading construction and development companies with a history of delivering large scale projects including Student Accommodation, Hotels and PRS schemes with values ranging from £20-£100m. They currently have a requirement for a Site Manager who has experience of high rise, mixed use developments to join their team.

We have a requirement for a permanent internals Site Manager on a new high-rise project in Reading 23 floors consisting of 1 - 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and studios.

Experience on high-rise projects before and is preferably from a trade background. They will be looking after 1st fit partitions/ m&e and once the floors have been completed to then assist with the finishing .

Site team will consist of 3 - 4 managers on the internals and 2 - 3 on the externals.

Salary guideline was 30 - 42 k plus 5% contribution to pension and a bonus scheme of around £157 per unit based on 16 units.

New division within the company so they can potentially have a fast progression path.
