Job Description

Building Careers are currently working with a leading Contractor in the North West that are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager.

My client are seeking a Site Manager to join their managerial team, to work upon a social housing external refurbishment & maintenance framework.

A Site Manager with previous external refurbishment experience, covering: EWI, window replacement & brick/roofing repairs work - will be looked upon favourably.
Previous experience working upon affordable housing local authority/housing association frameworks will be preferred.

Site Managers are required to have in date: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, PASMA/Scaffold Inspection site certificates.
