Job Description

Building Careers are currently working with a leading contractor that specialise in Social Housing in the North West that are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a project in Carlisle.

The schemes you will be working on are kitchen & Bathroom or Windows & Doors, which are all occupied properties.

*Oversee the day to day operations of the scheme and monitor progress
*Managing Sub-Contractors
*Site Inductions
*Manage to budget and complete within agreed deadlines
*Manage, motivate and appraise team members
*Maintaining Health and Safety

You must have previous experience working on similar social housing schemes, ideally external refurbishment.

* SMSTS 5 Day Health & Safety
* CSCS Supervisor Card
* First Aid At Work
* Social Housing Experience
