Job Description

Purpose of Job

* To manage capital programmes, liaising with Head of Operations and client.
* To manage in house trades teams and contractors, co-ordinating all aspects of the works so that each project is completed in line with requirements, within budget and on time.
* To have a commercial understanding of the overall programme, advising and implementing efficiencies and cost savings.
* To represent the company in a professional and proactive manner in all dealings with those associated with, and affected by, the capital programme.

The Successful Candidate will have:

1 Health & Safety Qualification - Site Management Diploma or equivalent (or willingness to work towards)
2 HNC Building Studies
3 Qualified first aider
4 CSCS card (management level)
