Job Description

The Business:

A well-established social housing contractor have recently won additional contracts to operate in North Wales on social housing refurbishment schemes. This social housing contractor, currently turning over in excess of £30m, is continuing to grow and develop at an exciting rate, with much of their additional and long term work being on kitchens and bathrooms as part of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) upgrade works in the Flintshire, Chester and Wrexham areas.

We are looking for an experienced site manager to join the team on a long term freelance basis in the region.

Your duties as a Site Manager will include:

* Managing labour teams and subcontractors
* Ensure safe operations on site in conjunction with the Health & Safety policies and procedures
* Keep sites to schedule and to budget
* Liaise with clients, tenants and subcontractors as appropriate

Your skills and experience required:

* Ideally and SMSTS (but a minimum of a SSSTS)
* First Aid
* Site Management experience on kitchens and bathrooms (if you're an experienced assistant site manager this will also be considered)

Salary, Remuneration & other benefits on offer:

An hourly rate of £20 - £21.50 per hour is on offer for the right candidate, as well as long term work on high profile kitchen and bathroom schemes.
