Site Manager required for ongoing live project near to Peterborough.


My client are a leading contractor based in Derbyshire. Owing to an ongoing project near to Peterborough they have a live requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The client are a leading main contractor with a turnover of circa £50m with projects currently live from £500k to £10m. This current project is a prestigious £8m extra-care facility which is 5 months into and on schedule. To assist the site team my client require an experienced Site Manager to work alongside a current site based Site Manager to see through the project to completion.



You will be an experienced Site Manager of minimum 5 years with specific experience on new build mixed-use residential units either private accommodation, student accommodation, hotels or extra-care facilities.

you will carry the required certifications including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.



The role attracts a competitive salary of up to £43000 + a full associated benefits package which includes car/allowance, pension and healthcare.



This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading contractor on a permanent basis, with future projects around the Midlands and Yorkshire region. You will be based ideally in these locations with an open-mind to travel for this and future projects - which could likely be closer to home.
