The role will suit an individual who is able to demonstrate the following attributes and skills:

* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* Friendly and helpful approach to work at all times
* Confident telephone manner
* Positive attitude towards learning and sharing knowledge
* Exceeds at balancing multiple priorities
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload
* Work effectively as part of a small close knit team
* Good working knowledge of MS Office
* 1-2 years' experience working as a receptionist

Duties might include:

* Welcoming visitors in a professional, warm and friendly manner
* Signing-in and out visitors and issuing passes
* Confidently answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
* Promptly taking and relaying messages
* Logging and distributing incoming orders and enquiries to our sales or processing teams
* General administrative support such as booking meetings, organising catering, photocopying and booking couriers


* Excellent keyboard/IT skills (especially use of Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent Organisational Skills
* Excellent Oral and written communication skills
* Proactive and use of own initiative
* Be detail conscious
