Technical Co-ordinator - North West - Salary negotiable plus excellent package and bonuses

My client is a very successful developer that specialises in small prestigious developments in the Cheshire region. They are extremely proud of developing high-quality prestigious developments to the client's specification, offering an excellent service and very proud to ensure delivery of their unique design. Their homes are built to modern standards and all come with the NHBC 10 year warranty.

They currently have a strategic requirement due to retirement for a Technical Co-ordinator that can eventually progress their career to become a director of the organisation depending on the growth and success of the right candidate. This is a very exciting time to join an organisation that has a very hands on approach to ensure to the quality of development.

This role will be crucial in managing the design process throughout the full construction process, including engaging with and managing professional consultant teams. 

To be suitable for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate the following: 

·Working knowledge of Architectural and Civil Design aspects of new build housing developments and apartments.

·Experience of delivering open market and affordable housing for either a housing developer, contractor or consultancy.

·Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

·Understanding of traditional building techniques and up to date knowledge of building regs. and NHBC standards.

·Ability to appoint, manage and value engineer external consultancies.

·Understanding and experience of roads, highways and dealing with local authorities.

·Ideally hold a design, engineering or project management degree or professional membership.

·Longevity of service for a like-minded business.
