Tenant Liaison Officer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer for a permanent/temporary vacancy with an excellent social housing provider/contractor based within the North West. To make a successful application for this post you must be able to display a solid background and knowledge within the housing sector and be confident in dealing with issues on site and with tenants.

Your role will include working on various maintenance and refurbishment contracts for Local Authorities. These will vary between Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades, electrical rewires, boiler upgrades, EWI, window and door contracts and other various remedial works for local council properties

* Daily visits to tenants homes to support to the Project Manager, Surveyors and Site Manager.
* Creating tenant profiles and undertaking home surveys before work commencement.
* Communicate the correct information about the costing schemes and capital programs to tenants
* Liaise with site management, operatives, the client and the tenants.
* Providing support to tenants during planned/capital works programs.
* Participating in weekly site meetings and project team meetings.
* Maintenance and correlation of all records, files and incoming documents that relate to the Customer Service function.
* Ensuring that Health & Safety procedures carried out on site. Investigating and resolving any complaints or claims from tenants.

For this role you must have your own transport and preferably a CSCS card.

We are currently recruiting for a Social Housing main contractor who is based within the North West. They are a well-established and reputable contractor within the business who has a great standing within the industry. Their workload is currently growing due to new budgets and work streams being released in the market and they are looking to grow their stable workforce.

A Site Manager is currently required for a project based in Liverpool. The role will entail refurbishment projects for social housing schemes values varying between £50,000 and £1million. To be successful within this role you will be able to display solid knowledge of working on refurbishment schemes within the above value range. You will also be able to provide good working knowledge of budgeting and programming.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great North West based contractor that can offer on going work from a full order book over the next 12 months.
