Tenant Liaison Officer

Shrewsbury- Stafford


My client a successful housing association are looking for an experienced Tenant liaison officer to join their team, this position has optional bases in Staffordshire and Shropshire and a great time to join due to their expansion of developments


You will work with management to consult each tenant and explain the works that will be carried out / involved and the effect this will have on them and the role the tenant has in this process. Ensuring information to residents informs them of when the work is to commence and provide any further information as and when required.

This involves supporting tenants during the installation, maintenance and major work programmes, as well as dealing with any enquires and complaints that may arise.


A can do problem solving approach

Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Ability to act with integrity and professionalism at all times and to deliver promises on time and to the best of ability

Ability to communicate in a variety of ways with a range of individuals - both internal and external at all levels. Responding, in writing, to formal complaints.

Salary up to £22,000

Weekly hours - 37

Contract - Permanent
