Team BCUK got out of their comfort zones today and took part in some interactive training with Zita Richardson from Health and Safety Matters Ltd.

It was interesting to learn about our individual motivations and priorities. We learned how we can adapt and observe our differences to build stronger relationships and work together… now it's time to put our learning into practice!
