2 x Freelance Facade Package Managers

Our client a regional principle contractor who have a proven track record of delivering large scale commercial and residential projects.

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment and currently looking to recruit a 2 x Freelance Façade Package Managers for a long term temporary contract in Manchester City Centre.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Façade Package Manager is vital and in particular you will have experience with all types of cladding.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Day to day management of cladding contractors
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Ordering materials
* Conducting meetings with clients and the sub-contractors
* Overlooking all aspects of façade and cladding for the project

You MUST have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

The hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday for 12 months.

Project value is in excess of £50million therefore you will be highly motivated, driven and have experience with cladding which is essential.
