Job Description

Building Careers are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a largley successful social housing assosiation in Liverpool.



Must have experience in housing administration



22,000 per year salary package + benefits



The ideal candidate will have:

* GCSEs min A*- C
* Previous experience within a warehouse administration position
* Experience of warehouse operations
* Intermediate or advanced Excel and Microsoft skills
* Good knowledge of computer systems
* An understanding of stock purchasing to be able to solve invoice queries
* Knowledge of Chaps and Bacs payments

Duties and Responsibilities:

* To provide administrative support
* Working with their finance team to ensure payments are made to suppliers
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Investigating and resolving invoice queries
* Understanding stock purchasing to be able to solve invoice queries
* Reconciliations of Chaps and Bacs payments
* Relationship building with suppliers
* Regular communication on system issues
