Administrator

Skelmersdale

Temporary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced office administrator where you will be working for an electrical contractor in there head offices based in Skelmersdale.

This role involves full administration duties such as filling, photocopying, dealing with emails, management diaries and dealing with enquires. It is essential that the candidate has worked with spreadsheets and inputting data accurately.

Ideally the right candidate must be comfortable using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Highly Organised
* Full administration skills
* Advanced in Excel and Microsoft packages
* Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* A professional telephone manner.
* Be self-motivated and have a positive nature.
* Have experience in an office environment.



This position is £9.25 an hour. Working Monday - Friday hours are 09.30 - 15.30. This is a temporary contract initially for around 5-6 weeks
