Administrator

Manchester

4 week temporary contract

Our client a successful nationwide property and maintenance contractor are looking for an experienced administrator on a temporary 4 week basis, based in the Manchester office located in the city centre.

The Ideal candidate will be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise their own work load as well as supporting the office as a team.

Responsibilities

- Answering telephone calls
- Database management
- Raising purchase orders
- Organising equipment deliveries
- Reporting
- Filing
- General, ad hoc admin tasks

Skills

- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Attention to detail

This is initially a 4 week contract

Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

£11.00 an hour
