Regional Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician in their growing Preston office.

My client are a Consultancy working around the North West with a wide range of clients in the Residential, Commercial, Education and Retail sectors. They are growing rapidly as a result of a continued increase in workload and are now looking for another Architectural Technician to assist their surveyors.

Their office is located in the centre of Preston with fantastic transport links. There are a multitude of amenities and various shops, restaurants and businesses nearby to keep you occupied on your breaks.

They require a client facing Architectural Technician. Their role will include drawing up on CAD for the surveyors, attending site meetings and taking measurements. The successful candidate must be experienced in using AutoCAD 2D with experience in the construction industry and must have a good range of knowledge on building pathology and construction methods.

The salary will be negotiable but will likely be between £20k - £25k depending on level of experience.
