Up-and-coming Architectural practice based in Warrington are looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their growing team.

My client are an expanding Architectural Practice based in Warrington. They have been steadily growing over the past couple of years and have established a very healthy client base with plenty of room for further expansion. They have reached a crucial point in their growth with their order book surpassing their capability hence the requirement for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team.

Their office is located in a picturesque location on the outskirts of Warrington, within touching distance of a major motorway linking them to the rest of the North West. The office is well-furnished with ample meeting space to host clients. There is a good atmosphere in the office with their current team all complimenting each other's skillset. They are a flexible employer with the opportunity to adjust your working hours to suit your personal life.

They require an Architectural Technician / Technologist with at ideally 10 years of experience in the industry. At least 2 years of experience working on Revit is essential. The majority of the workload will be in the Residential, Commercial and Healthcare Sectors so experience in these areas would be beneficial.

The salary is negotiable up to £40k depending on experience.
