A great opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a vibrant, dynamic team of Architectural Designers in their boutique Liverpool City Centre practice.

My client pride themselves on their forward-thinking philosophy which, combined with a hands-on approach to work through all phases, ensures the delivery of exciting yet functional spaces for their clients. They have established themselves through the design and delivery of bespoke Residential and Cultural projects, but have recently taken on some significant Commercial developments underlining their ambition for growth.

This Architectural Technician role offers exposure to work through all RIBA Stages, with projects being taken from conceptual design through to delivery. Working alongside an experienced Senior Technician, as well as a team of Architects and Designers, you will produce excellent technical drawings in Revit to ensure the delivery of tender packages and planning applications. Taking projects through the construction phase, you will be involved in the site management to ensure that work is on schedule whilst dealing with design queries from contractors.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a fantastic work ethic and at least two years working experience, allowing them to make a significant contribution to projects from the outset. Previous experience working on HMOs, apart-hotels or luxury apartments would be a distinct advantage, but candidates who can demonstrate enough transferrable skill to work on projects of these types will be considered. Experience on Revit is an essential requirement.
