I am currently working a with a housing association, based in Liverpool, looking to add an Asset Surveyor to their team.

My client manages 6000 homes in areas of Liverpool, as they are the main landlord in the area, they Are you Interested in a new job opportunity? My client is a registered housing association based in the North of Liverpool. They were formed in the early 2000's following the transfer of their homes from Liverpool City Council.

My client is flexible in terms of they are responsible and adaptable to deal quickly and effectively with a rapid change of environment. They target to invest in their resources efficiently and make happy customers!

The main responsibilities would be to provide technical and diagnostic service, managing and maintaining property assets and providing an excelling contract management service to all residents. You will be responsible for undertaking site surveys and work in progress inspections to monitor the performance of contracts.

You would also be responsible for maintaining projects specific reporting tools to monitor the performance of contracts against jobs raised authorisations and completions in order to manager individual contracts.

My client is offering a permanent and a temporary role and is offering a competitive salary of £34,000.
