Job Description
Building Careers are currently working with a leading Housing Association in North Wales that are looking to recruit a Asset Surveyor.The successful candidate will provide a property surveying service, including day to day maintenance management, void management, Physical Adaptation Grant work (PAG), facilities management, service charges, major works (Planned works ) and complex repair projects to their allocated area of operation(patch). To manage this programme of works in accordance with the agreed budget and report progress to the Asset and Facilities Manager.
The Surveyor is therefore responsible for all works that are undertaken on their patch to ensure that the properties are maintained in accordance with the Association's guidelines and the requirements of Welsh Government.
