Assistant Development Manager

Job Description

As Development Manager you will be involved in a number of schemes within a Development Managers capacity never shirking any responsibility and progressing any task that is thrown my way, whether that be through help from my peers or through my own perseverance.



Key Accountabilities

* Confidently scouting, surveying, and obtaining new land acquisitions for the purpose of promotion
* Actively negotiating option and purchase agreements, overseeing land promotion including full project management of the planning, pre-construction, construction through to handover and disposal.
* Undertaking the production of detailed viability reports and feasibility studies
* Proactively building, nurturing, and growing own professional network and managing key consultants
* Assisting the investors with advice on all construction and development related matters across the group.
