Job Description
We are exclusively working with a Housing Developer based in Chester that require an Assistant Development Manager to join their team. You will be reporting to the Development Manager that has primary responsibility for all aspects of the development process from the management of the preparation of technical reports to support land acquisitions through to the delivery of completed homes and the management of customer care thereafter.Your role will be providing support and be responsible to the Development Manager in the fulfilment of these responsibilities. In particular, he/she will have a detailed involvement in the following: -
* The management of the preparation of all technical reports to support land acquisition including ground investigations, foul and surface water sewer design, service enquiries and any required ecological surveys.
* The application for and the management of the delivery of all services.
* Preparation of all Section Agreements to facilitate the delivery of the roads and sewers.
* Registration of all homes with the N.H.B.C. and the monitoring of the N.H.B.C. portal.
* Preparation of all subcontract and supplier tenders and the placing of the subsequent orders.
* Smooth running of the construction activities once on-site development commences.
* Customer care issues and their resolution together with the preparation of recommendations for the improvement of the Home
Candidates must possess practical, hands on experience in the industry and be capable of demonstrating significant experience of a substantial number of the above detailed aspects of the role.
