This is a local reputable construction company in Manchester works within the commercial health / industrial and education sectors around the North West.

You would be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor reporting to the Senior QS in a small commercial team due to significant project wins that will last the next 2.5 years. As a result the company are expanding.

Your new role

This is an Assistant Quantity Surveyor job based near Manchester, working on New Build and Refurbishment projects between £1m and £5m. You will hold a varied role from QS responsibilities around valuations, budgeting and scheduling, and also help with Buying and Estimating as is needed. This is a varied role for a less experienced candidate to learn the ropes and full training will be provided.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience as a Trainee or Assistant QS, or any similar experience in the Commercial team of a construction company.

You will have some form of qualification in Quantity Surveying or be studying to receive a higher level qualification or Degree.
