Job title: Assistant Site Manager

Salary: Up to £40k + package



A multi-award winning national house builder, with over 80 years' experience in the housing sector and a turnover exceeding £1 billion, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager into their North-West team.

This developer's management team is made up of people who have many years' experience working for reputable volume house builders. Therefore, the management team is strong, steady and knowledgeable. Over many years my client has consistently produced top quality houses and are a dominant force within the housing sector. Year on year this developer and their site managers pick up multiple NHBC awards reflecting the consistency of the quality of build.

You will help manage a current site in Greater Manchester which has just been nominated to a health and safety award, also this is one of the companies best sites ans has backing to potencially be in line for an NHBC award. The site comprises of 3-bedroom semi-detached, and 3 and 4 bedroom detached properties constructed in a variety of styles.

My client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager who has at least 12 months experience working for a national or regional housebuilder within a management role. You will be approximately 12-18 months away from stepping up to a Site Manager role and a trade's background is preferable. This position is not suitable for candidates wanting to step up into a management role.

You must hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications to be eligible for the role.

You will be an ambitious and driven Assistant Site Manager and will take immense pride in the job. My client is looking for an individual who is eager to achieve NHBC awards as well as someone who takes pride in working for the company.

My client will offer the successful candidate a basic salary of up to £40k. Other benefits Inc. discretionary yearly bonus, car allowance, pension (contributory), private health care, gym membership and 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
