Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Salary: Up to £35k + package

A Top 10 UK house builder are currently in the market for an Assistant Site Manager to support their Site Manager on one of their volume housing developments.

This rapidly expanding residential developer have been established for over 60 years and have revenues exceeding £1 billion. My client have established themselves as one of the UK's most successful house builders, building nationwide my client builds in excess of 15,000 units each year.

You will manage this project alongside another experienced Site Manager. You will work together to ensure the smooth running and progress of this busy development. You must have previous and recent experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on volume housing sites to be considered for the role. A trade's background is also desirable.



Qualifications and training - essential

Special requirements

1 Valid SMSTS certificate
2 Valid First Aid at Work certificate
3 Valid CSCS card
4 Current full driving licence
