A respected 5* National house builder with a well-established reputation for building outstanding quality homes are currently in the market for an Assistant Site Manager to join their fantastic team.

This multi-award winning volume house builder pride themselves on the exceptional customer service and top quality homes they provide.

My client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager who strives for excellence, who is results focused and who has a positive can do attitude.

Having met with the client I can vouch for the friendliness of the Construction Director and the Contracts Managers. My client has an extremely low staff turnover and there are many opportunities for career progression within the company.

You will assist in the managing of a volume housing site near Leyland where there are circa 100 traditional build homes left to complete. This is an excellent site which has previously won the Seal of Excellence award and has won an NHBC every year.

Candidates will need the necessary skills and capabilities, behavioural attributes along with the knowledge, experience and qualifications to fulfil the role. The essential qualifications include CSCS Managers card, SMSTS and First Aid. You will need to have at least 2 years' experience working directly for a national or regional house builder to be considered for this opportunity.
