Job Description
Job title: Assistant Site ManagerLocation: Stoke Area
Salary: Circa £37k + competitive package and car allowance
A regional house builder has an exciting development in Stoke on Trent for which they require an experienced hands-on Assistant Site Manager.
You will have a great set up on site and have the support of an Experienced Site Manager and project team
My client has an excellent reputation within their marketplace, have a turnover in excess of £200 million across the UK with growth year on year.
You will manage a traditional build development of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes with houses ranging from 300k to 600k for open market private sale.
My client is offering a competitive package of up to circa £37,000 basic salary plus package benefits and a great car allowance. Package benefits include; Company car & fuel card OR car allowance (competitive and varies depending on mileage), Healthcare, Pension Scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and bonus scheme
To be eligible for this position you must have experience as an assiatant site manager within the new build housing sector ; you must have a proven record of successfully delivering large housing schemes on time and to a good standard.
