Salary: 40k Plus Package
A multi-award winning developer of high quality homes are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for their upcoming scheme in Widnes. This privately owned developer have a substantial land portfolio and huge growth potential.
With remediation already starting in April, my client is looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager on a permanent basis within the next 6 weeks. The development is circa 120 traditional build units, a mix of open market and social housing, to be built over 3 years.
My client can offer a competitive salary of up to £40k + package for the right candidate. Package benefits include company car or car allowance (10% of salary), company driven bonus scheme (6% of salary), pension and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
To be eligible for the role you must have recent experience of successfully delivering volume developments for a national or regional housing developer. You must also hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates.
It would be an advantage to of been part of an award winning team or to have ran a site solely for a long period of time but this is not essential.
