AutoCAD Technician/Administrative Support

Heating and Plumbing company are looking to recruit a North West based Autocad Technician

Job Responsibility

AutoCAD

* Managing and implementing enhancements to our Autocad system
* Responsibility for producing all drawings from initial design to as built including prefabrication
* drawings.
* Developing marked up layouts into working AutoCAD drawings to enable installation of
* service on site
* Self-learning of Revit to improve our drawings capability in the areas of coordination,
* prefabrication and scheduling.
* Site surveys as required to fulfil this role.

Administrative

* Administrative support to our estimating and contracting teams to provide assistance in take
* offs/ordering materials/issuing information
* To compile end of project documentation including record drawings and OMI's for issue to
* clients.

Skills/Qualifications

* In depth knowledge of AutoCAD software
* In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Prior experience of working in a Building Services Environment
* The successful candidate will be expected to undertake paid Continual Professional
* Development in order to enhance skills
* A driving licence is essential. The successful candidate will have to undergo CRB Clearance

Additional skills

* Experience and qualifications in the use of Autodesk Revit would be an advantage
