Job Description
Assistant Build AdministratorOldham
Our client a successful fit out and design company are looking for an experienced build administrator to join our team.
We are looking for a professional and reliable administrator who has previously worked on sites or has a construction background. You will be working closely with projects managers and other senior staff ensuring the site is running effectively
Duties include
* Answering telephone calls
* Filing and general office administration
* Dealing with invoices and PO's
* Preparation of site staff time sheets
* Administration of sub-contractor data
* Dealing with Site Managers and Contracts Managers on a daily basis, placing orders for suppliers and sub-contractors as required.
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure best costs paid for materials.
* Raising sales orders and sales invoices for Build projects as required
* Ensuring all systems are kept up to date
* Signing off invoices and credit notes as required
* Compiling O&M manuals at the end of projects
* General admin duties
Skills required
* Excellent communication skills written and verbally
* Highly organised
* Attention to detail
* Time management
* Knowledge of the construction industry
This is a permanent position. You will be working from site so must be comfortable working in this environment. Hours are an average 40 per week but does require you to be on call until 7pm.
Salary is £21,000
