Building Surveyor

Job Description

Building Careers are currently working with a leading Housing Association that are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor on a temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out post inspections on work carried out by our sub-contractors to ensure it meets the requirements of the original works order and has been completed to the agreed standard.
- Assist the Senior Estimator / Estimator in the preparation of estimates, and final accounts in relation to Building Services works programmes.
- Carry out on-site measurements and verification of expenditure costs for completed building works when required
- Day to Day Management of our two external contracts

This role is initially a 3-6 month temporary vacancy however due to changes in the organisation there could be future opportunities for a long term or permanent contract.
