Regional Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor in their growing Warrington office.

My client are a Consultancy working around the North West with a wide range of clients in the Residential, Commercial, Education and Retail sectors. They are growing rapidly as a result of a continued increase in workload and are now looking for another Building Surveyor to join their experienced team.

Their office is situated in an extremely picturesque area within Warrington. There are a multitude of amenities and various shops, restaurants and businesses nearby to keep you occupied on your breaks.

They require a Building Surveyor who has experience of working on Dilapidations cases. They are happy to accept applications from either MRICS Building Surveyors or ambitious APC level Building Surveyors. They have a proven track record in training Graduates and are happy to allow this continue by giving the successful candidate all of the assistance and training that they require.

The salary will be negotiable but will likely be between £25k - 45k depending on level of experience.
