Job Description

Social housing provider based in Manchester looking to recruit a capital works property surveyor.

The company are looking to grow their property surveying team and is looking to recruit a capital works surveyor with experience to join their team.

This position will be conducting capital works day to day surveying tasks, this candidate will be responsible for repairs, voids, servicing, maintenance and planned works.

We are looking for someone who will fit into our team and is eager to make a difference by delivering highest customer standard and championing customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will have surveying experience and is ready to work as a team impacting customers lives.

It is desirable that you have the following skills:

* HND or HNC equivalent
* 3 year's experience within social housing environment
* Knowledge of tender documents and procedures for dealing with contracts
* Ability to undertake surveys and inspections
* IT skills

Training will be provided for career progression and the company likes to reward their employees for their hard work.
