Building Surveyor

Job Description

National multi-disciplinary construction consultancy currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor in their Manchester office.

My client are a well-established organisation with a proven track record of delivering an excellent customer service that allows them to build relationships with repeat clients. They have a fantastic track record of retaining their staff, the vast majority of their team have spent 10+ years prospering within the organisation and moving up through the ranks. Employee satisfaction is a priority.

They are looking to add to their experienced Building Surveying team by adding 2 Building Surveyors to ensure that they have enough staff to cope with their consistently growing workload. They undertake a variety of work including:

* Pre-Acquisition
* Dilapidations
* Contract Administration
* Design & Project Management
* Historic Buildings
* Expert Witness

They work with a range of clients including some of the UK's biggest developers. They typically work on projects up to around £30-£40m and have number of exciting schemes in their growing portfolio.

The ideal candidate would be a graduate / APC level Building Surveyor who has the ambition to further their career and become MRICS. You will need 2+ years experience working for a Building Consultancy.

The salary is expected to range between £22,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
