International Property Consultancy currently recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor in their growing Manchester office.

My client are a well-known top 20 UK Property Consultancy with over 3000 staff world-wide. They are currently looking to expand their Building Surveying offering in the Manchester office with the acquisition of a Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor.

Their office is based in the heart of the commercial district surrounded by a range of local amenities and some fantastic public spaces. There are great transport links via bus, train and road with parking facilities nearby.

The role will be a mixture of professional and project work for a range of blue chip clients across all sectors including retail and commercial. The organisation offer fantastic career progression opportunities and will assist candidates with their APC if required.

Ideally they are looking for an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with experience working at a multi-disciplinary practise. They are willing to consider applications for candidates who can show demonstrable experience and who are aiming towards their MRICS.

The salary & will be highly competitive and dependant on experience.
