National Multi-Disciplined Consultancy seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor for their office in the Heart of Manchester.

My client are a well-reputable Multi-Disciplined Consultancy who work throughout the UK. Having been established for over 40 years my client have grown to become one of the trademark Building Surveying organisations in the UK. They are known for their high quality work and client care, making them one of the most desirable organisations to work for within their industry.

The organisation itself are nationwide organisation, with a very experienced core of leaders at the helm. Each office is individual in their atmosphere, the Manchester office is a vibrant City Centre office with a vast amount of work currently ongoing. Currently my client are going through a growth process, with a goal to treble turnover in the next 4 years. This requires a vast amount of investment and the entire business is getting behind the program to drive the organisation forward. This will result in plenty of career progression and management opportunities going forward for the correct candidates.

Your role will include:

* Complete Commercial Building Surveys
* Preparation and defence of Dilapidation claims.
* Due Diligence Surveys
* Party Wall Surveys
* Project Work

The workload that my client undertake is extremely diverse. They have numerous specialisations that allow their employees to enjoy a mixture of Professional and Project Building Surveying work, ensuring that their skills are always up to date in the majority of disciplines.

To be considered for this role you must be at least member level of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. You must also be an ambitious driven individual who is looking to further your career at a large successful organisation. Experience in the Commercial sector is necessary. Ideally the candidate would have 3-5 years PQE.

The salary will be £35k-£45k depending on experience.
