Global Real Estate Giant currently looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their thriving team in Manchester.

My client find themselves in the top 3 Real Estate Organisations in the world. They are an extremely prestigious organisation with a vast history spanning hundreds of years. They are looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their team located right in the Centre of Manchester in some of the City's most desirable Grade A office space. The office location ensures that commuting is never an issue with Rail, Tram and Bus access readily available with good road links in and out of the area by car.

The office itself has a highly contagious atmosphere. With over 150 multi-disciplined staff working in different teams throughout the office, there is certainly no lack of character. The organisation regularly arrange social events including staff days out and team bonding trips. They are also an organisation that are actively seen to be attending the world's largest networking events and hosting multiple charitable events per year.

Due to their position in the Real Estate and Consultancy markets, they work on a large number of the UK's most prestigious projects. Their Building Surveying team can be respected for having worked for some of the UK's most highly respected and reputable clients, working both on the Project side and also representing them and completing Surveys on the Professional Services side.

The role will be an all-round role working on both sides, both working on projects and completing the following;

* Dilapidations
* Pre-Acquisition Surveys
* Commercial Building Surveys
* Preparing Specifications for Refurbishment
* Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments
* Business Development and Maintaining Client Relationships

The ideal candidate will be an MRICS qualified Surveyor with experience working in the Commercial sector for a Commercial Real Estate Organisation or a large Building Surveying Consultancy. They would also have experience in the above, as well as experience in other disciplines.
