National Building Surveying Specialist looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor for their office in Liverpool.

My client are a Specialist Building Surveying Consultancy who operate throughout the UK. They are renowned as one of the best in their field with a staggering number of high-profile clients that they have worked with over the past 30 years. Their management team are built up of industry-leading experts with a wealth of knowledge that is now being passed down to their employees.

Home to some of the UK's most influential surveyors, they are regularly contacted to assist clients with a ride-range of property issues, this enables them to continue to grow their client base throughout the country. It is this continual increase in workload that has brought about the requirement for a new face to join their team.

Their office is in the centre of Liverpool's Commercial District in a prime location for travel across the North West. With access to an ever-improving road network and easy rail access getting to-and-from the office is effortless.

They require a Chartered Surveyor who has a mixture of experience working on professional survey work and project work. Experience in Party Wall and Dilapidations will be beneficial but not necessarily required. The workload will consist of a mixture of disciplines across the Building Surveying spectrum, including but not limited to;

* Project Work
* Party Wall
* Dilapidations
* Schedules of Condition
* Feasibility Studies

Experience in working for a Commercial Building Surveying practise will be required.

The salary will be negotiable based on experience.
