Specialist Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy looking to expand their Building Surveying team with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor.

My client are an extremely well-known Construction Consultancy based in Bolton. They have a proven track record as expert building pathologists and technical surveyors and have a number of extremely experienced consultants offering advice to their wide range of clients.

A sample of the areas that my client are involved in are as follows:

* Dilapidations
* Construction Defects
* Construction Disputes
* Professional Negligence
* Party Wall & Boundary Determination
* Project & Insurance work
* Asset Management

They are strategically located in the Centre of Bolton, away from the hustle and bustle of Manchester City Centre but within commuting distance to ensure that they can service their clients' requirements across the North West.

Ideally my client are looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor but will consider applications from candidates who are still developing and looking to progress.
