Building Careers UK are working in Partnership with Cartrefi Conwy to recruit a Clerk of Works to join their flourishing Development Team.

Cartrefi Conwy have a number of on-going developments at present including a program to build 250 new homes by 2020. They require a Clerk of Works to join their team to enable them to continue on track to reach their target. The role will be based from their office in Abergele working within their growing Development Team.

The role is available on a permanent or fixed term temporary basis with the full benefits of an in-house permanent role.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Clerk of Works role previously, preferably on new build residential sites.

The salary will be up to £29,000 depending on previous experience. The role also includes a car allowance & extremely competitive pension scheme. Benefits also include:
