Job Description
My client is a Manchester based housing association who has properties across the Greater Manchester areas as well as some properties outside of the North West area. Due to an internal restructure, we will be looking for a Compliance Co-Ordinator to work alongside their Customer Service and Administration team.
We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator with strong customer care and analytical skills, who can work as part of a team, managing gas and electric scheduling work. The role will involve managing information and liaising with contractors carrying out work on properties.
Key Duties:
-Gas processing – scheduling, monitoring completions
-Managing and collating of all data
-Ensuring certification dates are recorded effectively
-Processing invoices, checking orders
-Accurate data information processing
-Scheduling and monitoring of electrical servicing dates, liaison and contractors
-Assisting with management information reporting.
